The email entered at purchase is used as the account credential that confirms your game identity. After the transaction completes, related goods are automatically delivered to the game character linked to that email, reducing misdelivery risk and protecting order records and account security.

Virtual currency delivery timeline
After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If delivery is overdue
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Refund if we cannot deliver
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
